Privacy notice

This notice explains how Funnel IQ Limited (“we”, “us”) handles personal data about people who visit this website or contact us. Funnel IQ Limited is the controller of that data. Data that clients share with us during an engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement, not by this notice.

What we collect

What you send us when you email or call: typically your name, email address, organisation, role and anything you choose to tell us.
What you enter when you book a call through our scheduling provider, Calendly: your name, email address and any answers to its booking questions.
Standard technical records kept by our web host, such as IP addresses and the times pages were requested, used to keep the site secure and working.
Anonymous visit statistics – which pages are viewed, and which websites visitors arrive from – collected by a privacy-friendly analytics service.

Our analytics sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not identify you. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it, and why

To understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the site – in our legitimate interest in improving it.
To reply to your enquiry, and to arrange and hold meetings – in our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
To provide services you engage us for – to perform our contract with you or your organisation.
To keep business records and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us operate – our email, hosting, analytics and scheduling providers – and professional advisers where needed. We never sell personal data. Some providers, such as Calendly, may process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to further contact are deleted within two years; client and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, or ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, or object to how we use it. Email enquiries [at] funnel-iq.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own, and our analytics works without them. If you choose to book a call, Calendly’s booking window loads only when you click the booking link, and Calendly may then set its own cookies, as described in Calendly’s privacy notice.

Terms of use

The content of this website is general information about our services. It is not advice, and should not be relied on for any particular decision. Case studies are anonymised; figures are drawn from real engagements, but no individual company or person should be inferred from them.
